The star of the show?
The beef hot pot, which we savored at an affordable price of HK$64 (regularly priced from HK$68). The soup bases offered a delightful variety: radish and pork bone soup and the intriguing Xiangxi preserved egg soup.
Our set meal included:
- Beef (4 ounces): Tender slices that melted in our mouths.
- Vegetable blue: A medley featuring a hint of luxury—fish maw, along with two slices of pumpkin and two cheese chicken tail sausages.
- Udon: The comforting noodles that completed our hot pot experience.

Conclusion
The beef slices were incredibly thin and cooked almost instantly upon searing. While the flavor was undeniably beefy, there was an excessive amount of fat. This culinary adventure marked the first time both of us had indulged in this delightful dish.⛄Ezbackpacking Recent Posts ⇒ # English Posts
