咖啡豬排食譜

在家做咖啡豬扒,其實也不難。咖啡豬排可以烤、烘焙或油炸,具體取決於您的喜好。來看看咖啡豬排的製作方法:
材料:
- 豬排 4片
- 咖啡粉 2大匙
- 咖啡酒 2大匙
- 鹽 1小匙
- 黑胡椒粉 1/4小匙
- 玉米粉 2大匙
- 油 適量

做法如下:
1. 將豬排用刀背拍打幾下,使肉質更嫩。
2. 在一個大碗中,將咖啡粉、咖啡酒、鹽和黑胡椒粉混合均勻,成為醃料。
3. 將豬排放入醃料中,把每一面都塗抹均勻,放入冰箱醃製至少2小時。
4. 取出豬排,把多餘的醃料擦掉,然後在每一面都灑上玉米粉。
5. 在一個平底鍋中,加熱適量的油,將豬排放入,用中火煎至兩面金黃香脆,約每面5分鐘。
6. 將煎好的豬排放在廚紙上吸去多餘的油,然後切成適當大小的塊狀。

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee (decaf or regular)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the coffee, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to form a dry rub.
2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and rub the coffee mixture evenly on both sides of each chop. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet. Alternatively, you can heat a grill to medium-high heat or a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
4. If baking, place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). If grilling, cook the pork chops for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through. If frying, heat the oil in the skillet and cook the pork chops for about 10 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
5. Transfer the pork chops to a platter and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
